- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please review the following details carefully:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page), personalized or custom-made items, and items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Return & Exchange Process

- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and send you a confirmation email with further instructions, including the return address.
- Ship Your Item: Once approved, securely pack your item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
- Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or send out the exchanged item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped to your provided address.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
